The Gym Sucks.
Ok so I understand physcial fitness is mandatory to maintain a healthy lifestlye. About a year and a half ago I bought a gym membership at the local Planet Fitness. It was a great deal at only $20 a month plus free tanning. Ever since then I've been in and out. I went from trying to go every day, to every other day. I had periods of success, but nothing ever lasted. I've come to the conclusion recentley that not everyone likes to go to the gym and surround themselves with a bunch of sweaty people, big muscular guys without an inch of fat, and employees that smile in your face while thinking, "look at that fatass." So I've decided to branch out. Below is a list of alternate activities that can keep you in shape just the same as the wack ass gym can. If anyone is reading this, comment with your own ideas!
1) Ride a bike
2) Take a walk around your neighborhood
3) Take a jog around your neighborhood
4) Go rollerblading
5) Go roller skating
6) Go ice skating
7) Get a workout video for home
8) Get a yoga video for home
9) Play basketball
10) Play football
11) Play baseball
12) Play soccer
13) Play volleyball
14) Play tennis
15) Play badminton
16) Play kickball
17) Play softball
18) Walk around a lake
19) Jog around a lake
20) Go hiking
30) Go paddle boating
31) Go canoeing
